In late June wore Elco Brinkman, after 18 years of being the figurehead of Building Netherlands, the largest association in the construction, over the gavel to his successor Maxime Verhagen. Starlive organized together with ”Bouwend Nederland” a national farewell meeting Brinkman in the Circus. A meeting, which was riddled with surprises and as a thread was domiciled Leiden. Some 600 guests, consisting of board members of ”Bouwend Nederland” and construction related relationships Brinkman from the field’s politics; interest groups and the business community were presented with a unique and balanced program in which information and special entertainment alternated rapidly. The program started with a specially composed for this day and on the construction and infrastructure grafted acrobatics act of Corpus Acrobatics. It was back at 18 years as chairman of Brinkman and zoomed in on the situation in the sector in a talk show with next Brinkman, minister Henk Kamp of Economic Affairs, Bernard Wientjes, chairman of VNO-NCW and vice president of Building Netherlands Henk Bol. Chairman Mirella Markus talked the afternoon together. Starlive chose an appropriate setting on stage. Starting with an interview on scaffolding, followed by a conversation at a table in the shape of the head office of Building Netherlands in Zoetermeer, which led through video mapping during the call for a striking decor. And finally a living room setting for the personal interview. Elco Brinkman was afterwards praised the surprising and to his personal taste composite program to him as a surprise behalf Building Netherlands was offered. That praise was unanimously shared by all present.
